Refund policy

All Sales Are Final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have an issue caused by Royal Greek Store. Situations where sizing, color or letters color was entered wrong on customer's end will not be eligible for a return or exchange. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The only exception to be eligible for a return or exchange is if Royal Greek Store made a mistake and did not follow information on the original order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Production Time

Please refer to your order confirmation and product description to verify the production timeframe required for each product.
